We passed by that Ibn al-Jawzi learned the ten readings when he was eighty years old. The news of the elderly in this regard is many and surprising.

11. Move Step by Step .
Some people spend a great deal of time and effort in learning Tajweed and its minor and major issues during memorization and try to identify the subtleties of Tafsir and the subtleties of deductions, and all this is at the expense of mastering and stabilizing memorization. Yes, Tajweed is important, and knowing the meaning of the memorized verses is a requirement and helps memorize; but the mistake is to learn the higher levels of Tajweed and to read the long and large commentaries.
It is enough for you at first to pronounce the word correctly, and to learn the basic rulings in Tajweed, which are frequently repeated in the Quran.

Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:
The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said, “He who does not memorize any part from the Quran he is like the ruined house.’’
12. Memorize the Quran with Revision

13. Learn How to Deal With Al-mutashabihat (similar verses):
The ideal method is to observe the differences between every two verses that have similarities, then open the Quran to those verses, concentrate on them, and study those verses until you have mastered the differences between them.
1- Memorize with a Sheikh to correct your recitation
2- Every day, after Fajr, and either Asr or Maghrib, memorize two pages. In this way, you can memorize the entire Qur’an perfectly in a year, but if you memorize more than 2 pages, your memorization process will be weakened
3- Memorize from the same Mushaf (Quran copy)
4- Memorize from Surah Al-Naas to Surah Al-Baqarah, because it is easier.
5- After you memorize the entire Qur’an following this way, start revising from Al-Baqarah to Al-naas.
