4. Payment & Refund Policy

4.1 Pricing & Payments

Course fees are listed on our website and are subject to change.
Payments must be made via our secure payment gateway.

4.2 Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if the student has not accessed more than 10% of the course.
Refunds are not available for completed courses or Ijazah programs.

5. Code of Conduct

By using Shaykhi Academy, you agree to:

6. Certifications & Ijazah Policy

Ijazah (certification) is granted only after successful completion of assessments.
We verify each student’s progress and recitation before issuing certifications.
Misuse or falsification of an Ijazah may result in revocation of certification.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Shaykhi Academy logo, name, course materials, and content are copyrighted and owned by Shaykhi Academy.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Engage in fraudulent activities.
Misuse the platform in any way.

10. Limitation of Liability
