How to Memorize the Quran with an Online Teacher?
Memorizing the Quran with an online teacher can be an effective and flexible approach, allowing students to tailor the learning experience to their individual pace and schedule. Here are some steps and tips on how to memorize the Quran through online instruction:
1. Choose a Qualified Teacher
Select an online Quran teacher who has Ijazah (authorization) in Quranic recitation and memorization. Teachers with Ijazah can guide you with proper Tajweed and Hifz techniques. A teacher who has memorized the entire Quran can provide insights into personal memorization challenges and share strategies to overcome them.
2. Create a Structured Plan
Set regular classes with your teacher, such as 3-5 sessions per week. Consistency is key to building momentum in memorizing. Break down the memorization process into small portions, such as memorizing a few verses daily or weekly, depending on your ability. Incorporate both new memorization (Hifz) and review (Muraja’a) sessions. Online teachers will help track your progress and reinforce past memorization.
3. Use Technology for Assistance
Platforms like Zoom or Google Meet enable real-time interaction with your teacher. This way, the teacher can listen to your recitation and offer corrections. Many teachers provide recorded lessons, which you can review later for better memorization and correction.
4. Follow Tajweed Rules
Ensure the online teacher emphasizes correct pronunciation of letters and words according to Tajweed rules. Joining a Tajweed course while memorizing ensures your recitation is accurate. Teachers might use audio materials or apps to aid you in understanding how each verse should sound.
5. Stay Motivated and Accountable
Your online teacher can provide regular feedback on your progress, which helps keep you motivated and accountable. Online teachers can offer spiritual advice and share supplications (duas) to make memorization easier, deepening your connection to the Quran.
6. Utilize Digital Tools
In addition to your teacher’s guidance, you can use apps for practicing Quran memorization, such as Quran Companion or Tarteel. Online teachers may use tools to track your progress and send you weekly updates or advice on how to improve.
7. Adopt Patience and Perseverance
Since online learning is flexible, you can adjust the pace according to your memorization capacity. Some days may be slower, while others more productive. An online memorization course allows you to fit Quran memorization around your daily life, making the process more manageable.

Why Do We have the best Memorize Quran Online Teachers and Best Hifz Quran Classes?
Simply, in Shaykhi Academy, we are just selecting the highly qulaified Quran Tutors thos help you to memorize Quran easily by helping you to do the following:
A. Learn How to Read in Arabic.
Our strategy of Hifz Quran online starts with teaching the students Arabic Reading first so that they know the Arabic alphabets, points of articulation, and how to pronounce every letter, ending with memorizing the Quran and reading it just like Arabic native speakers. If the students can read, they will be able to memorize by themselves!
Besides the Quran classes, we provide our students with helping videos! This is an example of our Quranic Arabic videos.
Then, our Qualified Memorize Quran Online Teachers move to the next stage, which is helping the students to:
B. Learn Tajweed Rules Easily.
Due to the fact that learning Arabic Reading is not sufficient to read Quran, our Qualified Memorize Quran Online Teachers teach the student Tajweed Rules after mastering Arabic reading. The fact that will satisfy you as a Quran student is that you will learn Tajweed in an easy and systematic way through our own book Al Minhaj which was also authored by Mr. Luqman El-Kasabany, who is the Education Manager of Shaykhi Academy.
C. Learn the Mutashabihat or Resembling Verses of The Quran.
Our Qualified Memorize Quran Online Teacher will simplify for you the Mutashabihat or Resembling Verses. The Mutashabihat or Resembling Verses in the Quran is basically some Ayats that were mentioned in more than one place in the Quran, whether it was the entire Ayah or just a part of it. That similarity sometimes makes you struggle to remember the Ayat and you might end up in a whole different Surah.
But don’t worry, our Qualified Memorize Quran Online Teachers are always there to remind you of these similarities and make you able to link them together. Every time, you come across a new similarity so that you become able to remember them very well when you finish memorizing the Quran Inshallah.
D. Memorize the New Ayay/Surah Before Leaving the Halaqa (class).
This happens by repeating the same Ayats more and more during the halaqa or Quran Class which makes the student almost memorize them completely, and that’s exactly the same method we use while teaching kids the Quran. That will make your revision easier later on.
Honestly, our Memorize Quran Online Teachers do their best to help the students memorize in the class, esp. kids, but we have to say that it’s up to the student’s capabilities and age in the end! This means that the percentage of Quran Memorization differs from one student to another, whether the ability of memorizing in the class, or memorizing in general, as some students have the capability of memorizing in general, but they don’t have the capability to memorize immediately during the time of the class. Age also plays an important role in this process!
3. Why do Your Kids have to Learn the Quran?
Well, the Quran basically builds a feeling of tranquility inside your child’s soul, as it enhances the morals and high values that every Muslim should acquire. Moreover, Quran protects the one who memorizes it and applies it!
Buraydah Al-Aslami narrated that the messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: “Whoever reads the Quran, learns it and acts in accordance with it, on the day of resurrection, his parents will be given a crown to wear whose light will be like the light of the sun, and his parents will be given garments which far surpass everything to be found in this world. They will say, “why have we been given this to wear?” it will be said, “Because your child learned the Quran”.
